Job description
Assess the state, processes and systems of the current finance department and build an overall improvement plan and steps that need to be taken to build a best in class organisation.
2. Design and Implement built in financial internal controls and procedures to provide effective and efficient financial administration of the organization.
3. Produce and implement a Financial Accounting Systems and Procedures Manual.
4. Development of Financial Models to ensure proper cost planning and analysis (value engineering)
Qualifications
- An excellent degree with a leading university. Post graduate qualifications, especially an MBA would be highly desirable.
- Mix of backgrounds preferred with strong industry/consulting skills preferred
- Experience working for blue-chip/Fortune 500 companies and/or top local national groups
